St George’s Explorers

The next gathering of St George’s Explorers will take place on Tuesday July 26th at 2 p.m.
We will meet on the car-park at the top of Pontesford Hill and then walk (with fun activities along the way) finishing by 3.15. If you would like a lift up the hill, please come to the Wynnstay car-park for 1.50 (at the latest).
The afternoon will include a bible story, song and prayers, with a refreshment break half way through. Please bring your own drinks and snacks. We will bring a few treats too.

On Tuesday May 31st St George’s Church hosts its second gathering of St George’s Explorers, aimed at families and all those who love the outdoors. Explorers places the emphasis on exploring God’s world and the Christian faith
Our meeting will include an adventure in the church grounds, looking for things that make us go “WOW”, followed by songs, activities, story, and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you then.
