Questionnaire

The PCC would be grateful for your thoughts about our Holy Communion services here at St. George’s. We feel that the church offers a high quality of worship – but we are open to suggestions for improvement. The questionnaire is your opportunity to tell us what you feel we are getting right and – maybe – what we could do better. We are asking both “regulars” and those who come less often to complete the questionnaire – but we are not asking for your name: all responses are strictly anonymous. You can fill in your answers and comments on-line, using the “edit” facility, and then save and send to: officepontstip@gmail.com Alternatively, you can print and complete your own hard copy, and leave it in the special box in the West End Room at St. George’s. The file is appended below. Please return your completed survey by Sunday 12th March.
