From the Dragons’ Den
August already and we have said, ‘Good bye’ to several of our Little Dragons, who are now about to enter primary school.
It is always sad to say ‘Farewell!’ especially to those little people who have attended Little Dragons since they were only a few months old. It is always a privilege to watch our members grow from being tiny babies, through the amazing and swiftly-developing days of toddler-hood, into almost-ready-for-school beings; and a privilege to have played a small part in their development. They may forget us ‘biggies’ quickly, but they usually remember our three intrepid Dragons – George, Uncle Sam and Idris, for much longer.
So, we wish them every good wish as they travel on and we continue our joyful activities with those remaining – a huge bunch – currently with 3 sets of identical twins. (Oh, the joy of having to remember which is which, who is who, when I sing their names at Storytime.)
We have now completed 17 years of Little Dragons. Who would have thought it possible? What a joy it has been, and still is. We have been blessed!
Joy to everyone, from Val and from we three
George, Uncle Sam and Idris.
